Synopsis
Financing an animation is not easy, it takes a lot of negotiation and effort to be able to give life to independent films. "Provisional title" is a gag about this delicate situation.
A tribute made by N.A.D.A. (Center of Digital Arts and Animation of PUC-Rio) to producers who, in the 100 years of Brazilian animation history, have fought and won so much, even with so little investiment and recognition.
